Prices
Prices are per apartment per day and depend on the number of persons occupying it. Included in the apartment price are:
Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi in all holiday apartments, parking, seasonal fresh fruit for daily consumption, a weekly entertainment program at the farm, and a welcome gift.
- Pets are allowed in some apartments on request and are subject to an extra charge of 13.00 euros.
- The local tax is not included in the daily rate. It amounts to 2.00 € per person per night. Children up to 14 years are exempt from this tax.
Includes the South Tyrol Guest Pass for free use of public transportation.
Arrival and Departure
On the day of arrival, the apartments are ready from 2:00 PM at the latest. You are welcome to arrive earlier and leave your car and luggage here. On the day of departure, please vacate the apartments by 9:30 AM at the latest. Even then, your car and luggage can remain parked here.
We offer flexible arrival and departure days to accommodate varying travel durations and the request of many guests to arrive during the week.
Payment
When booking, we may require a deposit (caparra confirmatoria). This serves as a booking guarantee and may be withheld in case of cancellation.
Cancellation Policy

Cancellations up to 90 days before arrival are free of charge (the deposit will be refunded).

Cancellations between 90 and 30 days before arrival will result in retention of the deposit.

Cancellations between 30 and 7 days before arrival incur a cancellation fee of 70% of the total booking price, including the deposit.

Cancellations less than 7 days before arrival, no-shows without cancellation, late arrivals, or early departures will be charged the full booking amount.
Please inform us in good time if you are unable to start your vacation.
Travel cancellation insurance
To enjoy your vacation without worries, we recommend taking out the "Roter Hahn Cancellation Protection" at the time of booking. This covers cancellation fees. Further information about costs and how to purchase the insurance can be found here.
