Plenty of space to play
The large, fenced lawn around the house gives even the youngest children the freedom to run and play safely – without Mom and Dad having to follow them every step of the way.
A petting zoo with rabbits, quails, and guinea pigs, a small playground with a slide, sandbox, and climbing tower, a grassy slope for rolling and tumbling, and plenty of space for hide-and-seek – these are just a few of the many creative adventures children can enjoy here.
And if it rains? In our farm lounge, you'll find a wide selection of board games and books
The table tennis table, foosball, and large garden chess provide entertainment for older children and their parents!

You can almost watch the vines grow – and you’ll be amazed how fast it happens.
Summer... swim, take a pedal boat ride, and enjoy warm summer evenings at local events or while barbecuing under the open sky. During the day, the lake draws everyone in – while in the evening, life moves outdoors: people stroll through the streets or relax on the terraces...
Autumn... harvest time: fresh fruit invites indulgence, heavily loaded tractors line the roads, and there’s activity in every field. Hiking, cycling, and enjoying the colorful forests with stunning panoramic views! It’s Törggelen season – when Kaltern shows itself from its most beautiful side. And the weather usually plays
Winter... the perfect time to truly unwind: a cozy apartment with uninterrupted views of the lake, relaxing walks in mostly mild weather, and an ideal base for cultural excursions or your own ski safari.
